Character History: jarrod was born in france. he speaks fluent in french because he had lives in france for so long. he lived their from when he was born to when he was nineteen, which was only a couple years ago. he is now twenty two. okay, so you wanna know about this werewolf hottie? :] jarrod had a pretty nice life in france. he had plenty of friends, he was the jock type in middle school and part of high school, and most people know that a jock only dates other jocks or a "prep". well jarrod wanted to change the rules a bit. he started to date a "emo" or a "loner". well his friends didn't take it that well, they were completely fake. everything they did was fake, laugh, smile, and everything they said was fake. jarrod was booted out of the "populars". he was taken in by the "loners", "emos", or whatever you preferred to call them by.
after high school, jarrod's parents and himself moved to america. jarrod was already going to move to america but his parents wanted to move with him because he was their only child and they wanted to be nearby him. they were a very close family. jarrod was going to college for the arts. he had always been interested in the arts, mostly art and photography. he was great at photography and some- what good at art. maybe he would be a visual communications teacher? or an art teacher?
jarrod's first two years of college involved him doing all sorts of drugs, drinking, and hooking up with many girls. one of the girls got pregnant. she was an alcoholic, and a very heavy smoker/druggie. she smoked, did drugs, and drank a lot when she was pregnant. it made a great affect on the baby. she was suppose to be named gretchen amelia salaza-henry.
the girl who jarrod got pregnant was not going to keep gretchen. she was just going to give her to jarrod. but, gretchen didn't live very long. she died after only being alive for a couple of hours. when she had been born, she was not healthy. because, her mother had been doing drugs, smoked, and drank when she was pregnant with her.
jarrod has not been a werewolf for very long. just after a couple months of being in washington, he had first shapeshifted. it was a time when he actually wasn't that mad, he was just really stressed out and a bit angry at his college professor. they triggered off the werewolf gene plus the fact that vampires were in the apartment next door to him.
Character Appearance: jarrod is tall and lanky. he has short-ish black-brown hair. he keeps it short because of him being a werewolf. he doesn't like it long. he use to have it long, though. when he was in high school and he was into the "emo", "scene" crowd. jarrod smokes so he smells a bit like smoke but he covers it up with axe. his teeth are pretty white, he wears those white strips. :] jarrod is a bit obsessed with tattoos. he doesn't have them ALL over his body, but he has a sleeve, and some other tattoos. back in high school, jarrod loved gauges. he had gotten gauges back then. he still has them, their a bit permident but he still likes them. jarrod is really skinny for a werewolf. he's also very tall. 6'4". jarrod is also very pale.

Personality: jarrod is a very sweet person. he knows how to treat a girl right. he also wouldn't ever hurt a fly. he hates the thought of blood and needles, anything that has to do with drugs, or just injecting himself with things. he hates to get his blood taken. one time he had to be given meds so he wouldn't feel it. he get nausiated by seeing lots of blood ( a car crash, vampire attack, etc etc) he would never hurt a vampire unless he had to. he doesn't believe in violence but he would fight if his life or someone else's life depended on it.
jarrod is not someone you would see at a party. he tends to stay away from those college parties, the drugs, but he does tend to get in trouble doing stupid things with his friends. when he's at school he barley ever talks, unless someone talks to him. if someone does talk to him then he gives them a short answer. but, when he's with his friends he talks a bit way to much.
jarrod is pretty smart. but he doesn't show it. he could of gotten straight A+'s in highschool but he didn't apply himself till senior year when he decided to go to college. most of his teachers had told him that he wouldn't go to college or that he wouldn't get in. his father wasn't very supportive of him going to college. his father wanted him to go but didn't believe that he would get in. jarrod proved them all wrong.
