History;;Madison is adopted. Her 'parents' hope she never finds out. Her biological parents had to give her up because they were too young to handle a child. Her adoptive parents wanted a completely closed adoption. Madison has been deaf since she was 10 years old. She woke up one morning and her hearing was completely gone. It was sad for Madison at first, but then she learned to love it. She didn't have to her her mother's nagging voice, or her brother droning on about sports, or her father's speaches about how boys were dangerous. Fortantly, she caught onto sign language quickly.
Madison hasn't had many boyfriends, her brother and father make sure of it. She thinks that they are too protective. She goes to Forks High School, and she is a senior. Madison doesn't get involved in much school spirt crap, only going to football games to watch her brother and to hang out with her friends.
Madison first phased when she had a run-in with a nomadic vampire when she was walking through the forest by herself. The vampire threatened her and she just phased as a way to protect herself. The vampire, shocked, ran without attacking Madison. She was freaking out and didn't go home or phase back for 3 days. She was very scared to tell her parents, afraid she had done something wrong, but eventually she did tell them. Of course, they called her crazy. Then they started believing her when she came down with a terrible fever that didn't go away and her insane growth spurt.

Personality;; Madison is completely stubborn. Even when she knows she should do something because it is for the best, she still doesn't do it. For example, going to bed at a decent hour. She is usually mean, just because she can be. It's a habit for her. But, on the flip-side, she can be really nice.
