So this poem is separate because it doesn't have anything to do with me lol, actually it's in Jake's point of view. After the scene in Eclipse where he kisses Bella. Enjoy!
"Warmth"
I made a fool of myself once more, caught within the flames of my own desire. So convinced you were simply ice, soon to be consumed by a constant heat; Left powerless but to melt and simmer. Beneath the steam would await a clear reflection, revealing all I knew... all I wanted. How wrong I was to assume. I had everything so wrong. You were more than just ice; But steel. Hard and unmoving when it came to me at least. That's what hurts, what makes me sick. Around him you're anything but steel. You might as well have no spine. I could never bring myself to understand how you wouldn't miss, everything that would be ripped from you the moment your life stops. I know what I would miss. The sound of your heartbeat, always picking up speed. The color in your cheeks, when I said something dumb.. or special. Your clumsiness. But most of all, the warmth.
