Your name: Kayla
Character's Name: Zoey Heard
Gender: (Male or Female?): Female
Age: (Age of Appearance): 24
Vampire Age (Actual age if vampire. If none, but N.A.): 65
Category: (Veggie Vampire/Wild Vampire/Human/Werewolf?): Veggie Vampire
Character History: (At least 6 lines): Zoey was one of those kids that didn't grow up with any family members, she had an orphanage. A crowded, smelly place that always seemed to be dirty. Like all the other orphans, she despised the place more than anything and she counted the days till she turned 18. The days were long but the years were short, and sooner or later her wish came true.
Zoey lived in Forks her whole life, but didn't know anyone besides the kids she lived with. Whoever it was that gave her away didn't just leave her without a thought in mind...luckily. $100,000 was waiting for her right when she step foot out of the place, and with that she bought a very small house. But it was the day after that she became what she was.
It was actually the day after her birthday when all hell broke loose. She went for a jog every morning except on the weekends, and a faint scream came out of the backyard of her neighbor. Without a thought in mind, she ran to the yard and watched as a woman sucked the life out of her elderly neighbor. Like a deer in headlights, Zoey couldn't move. And watched dumbly as the vampire ran her way towards Zoey.
Character Appearance: Zoey has really long blonde hair and bright green eyes. When she smiles her eyes get a bit squinted and her cheekbones get high, but it was what her orphange mother called 'cute'. Her face is in the shape of a heart, and she has a slim 5 foot 5 inches body. Her legs are probably what makes up her height.
Strengths/Weaknesses: (At least 3 of each):
Zoey is noted for her determination. She gets to where she is going, not because she is exceptionally fast or clever, but because she will not be distracted from her goals. Her need for stability and simplicity can motivate her to create a life for herself that is quite functional, though it might seem boring to someone else. She isn't interested in taking unnecessary risks that can put her solid footing in jeopardy. Zoey has a sensible outlook on life, but she accepts less than she can achieve
Personality:
Zoey is a steady, reliable person who only rarely get frazzled or upset. Her personality will almost never lose course and will remain level no matter what chaos surrounds her. She knows her own strength but usually handles situations with dignity and self-control. Push her too far, though, and she can suddenly turn into a raging bull, and once this happens, she will be difficult to calm. And oh yes, lest we forget, she is stubborn - very stubborn! Once she forms an opinion, she is immovable, and nothing will change her mind.
How is your character related to the story? (At least 2 sentences): Zoey has lived in Forks her whole life since she lived in an orphanage. It was just a coincidence that she was bitten in one of the most cloudiest places in the United States.
Sample of your RP-ing skills: (2+ paragraphs)
Zoey rolled over restlessly as the too bright sun shown through the window above her bed. It was Sunday, but already she could tell there was going to be nothing to do. It was about 10 a.m., running started at around 11 on the weekdays so why not stay out for an hour or two and waste time doing something useful insead of sitting around on her butt doing absolutely nothing at all?
Zoey listened to the radio as she brushed her teeth, washed her face, and combed out any tangles that were in her long blonde locks, then putting it into a high ponytail. She put on a pair of shorts that she usually ran in, and a plain white spagetti stringed tank top to go along with the blue shorts, and her wite running shoes. Zoey had been running enough to not need to take a water bottle with her, so she didn't bother going into the kitchen. The radio was talking about the killings of a few folks in Forks, they were all attacked by some sort of animal. "Probably a bear." She said to the radio right before she turned it off and walked toward the front door.
Outside it was even brighter, fortunately, no clouds were in sight so that meant no rain. A small smile crossed her lips as she walked down the front steps, but it quickly turned serious as she her a faint scream for help. Zoey snapped her head to the left and without a thought in mind began to jog towards where she eard the scream. "Hello?" She yelled out as she opened the gate to her neighbor's backyard.
The yard was very messy, flower pots had been knocked over causing soil to be everywhere, a small dog house was knocked over, and the windchimes were all lying on the floor next to...blood. Zoey looked up from where the blood was falling and stopped walking as soon as she witnessed the tragic site. A small woman with sandy red hair has her face in her elderly neighbors neck. She was biting into her very aggressively, and the elderly woman's eyes looked at Zoey with fear just before they began to close. "Oh my god." Zoey said quietly, but not quietly enough for the vampire not to hear. The sandy red haired woman snapped her neck towards Zoey, dropped the lifeless body of the elderly woman, and began to run towards Zoey.
Zoey took a step back and fell to the ground as the woman jumped on top of her. She was able to get her arms up to guard her neck, the vampire didn't care and bit straight into Zoey's arm. A loud scream escaped from Zoey's mouth and she didn't have the strength to fight off the woman. She took Zoey by her hair and bit into her neck, letting the venom flow freely into her veins. All Zoey could remember was a voice calling for the red-head telling her tht it was time for them to leae. The woman obeyed, and took Zoey and the dead elderly woman into away and out of sight. Then after one more quick lick of Zoey's blood, the two vampires left. Zoey was lying there in so much pain she couldn't move. She actually felt the venom flow through her body and burn like she was sitting on the sun herself. Sh would never go for a jog on the weekends again.
