Your name: Devilyn Akuma Kalliste
Character's Name: Dev, Devi, Lynn, Deverz
Gender: Femme
Age: Seventeen
Category: Lycanthrope
Character History:
+_+_Family_+_+
Mother; Athena Raven(Maiden name)
Father; Kurt Kalliste
Siblings; None
Pets; Wolf pup named Fenrir.
+_+_+Childhood+_+_+
Devilyn was a normal everyday child. Running around outside with your friends, watch tv, all that good casual stuff. Nothing out of the ordinary, no signs of being a wolf, just a fun loving child. Her parents were kind, didn't really show much discipline, but enough to insure that their child didn't grow up into drugs and alcohol. Preferring music and sports, Devilyn grew up with parents that wanted their child to be good at, at least something, so music was her choice.
Playing acoustic guitar, her friend Kenji taught her the basics of it, and then left her to learn the rest on her own. Basics were all you needed, but if you played piano before-hand, cords would be much more easier to learn.
Now, Devilyn was more of your innocent child, would stare at a worm in awe for minutes on end to see it wiggle, and cry her eyes out when one of the fatter kids decided to roll over top of wormy. Though, she has a obsessive with candy that would quickly cure that crying, not that she cried much.
+_+_Teenage+_+_
This is where Devilyn's life started to go into downfall. Her parents divorced after her father had an affair, they started to fight non-stop, and Devilyn would sneak out of the house at night to get away from it all. Her parents would scream at each-other all night, sometimes glasses would break and anger would be taken out on Devilyn with either a stern back-hand or a yell. So, Devilyn would leave house whenever she could, and take cover at Kenji/Frost's house since they didn't mind.
Not only her family life, but her social life went down along with her marks at the moment, with all of the stress, all she wanted to do was go over to her friends house and act as if nothing was wrong. Her attitude didn't faulter though, and a like from her childhood memories, her innocence stayed strongly with her, accompanying her with the ever-lasting love for anything sweet and sugar-y. Rather thinking about the present than the past, Devilyn didn't blame herself nor anyone else for her parents outbursts, it was more...she had grown accustom to it and it was something that daily happened without hinder, and when something happens non-stop you tend to grow immune to the past effects it once held on you.
Then, the werewolve change hit her like a ton of bricks and man did it hit her hard. Her body began to go to life-threatening temperatures, and before she knew it, Devilyn could turn into a Mexican wolf the size of a great grizzly bear.
Not only was that emotionally enduring but with enough problems of her own, that was the icing on the cake, and Devilyn decided that moving out was the best option for her and her parents a like. It was tough, but Kenji had already invited her to stay over so why not? Frost was...cool with werewolves, and it wouldn't be permanent just until she could move out. But packing her stuffed animals and sweets she went off.
_+_+_Now+_+_
Now, Devilyn still lives with Kenji & Frost, though her love for candy/childish innocence never truly left her leaving her rather adorable even now. Her mind blocking out her past events so it wouldn't harm her mind/inner emotions.
Character Appearance: Eyes;; Devilyn has silver green eyes, the main base colour being a darkened emerald with a metallic sapphire rimming the pupil and outside of the iris. It gives her a delicate look added with a warm forestry aura. Calm, relaxing when she looks at anyone her gaze being mixed with her innocent presence.
Hair;; The lycanthropes hair is cut in a rather scene-ish style. The ends completely razor-cut and giving it a side-glance layered appearance, along with the fringe. The back could be teased, and use to be, but now, the girl leaves it be at its straight look. She has a bang started from the left side of her crown wisping down to her right side just enough length to wave in front of her eyes a little bit. The color is mainly ebony, with blonde dyed in the front part of her hair around the bangs.
Frame;; A very feminine girl, Devilyn is rather small and delicate looking, but being a wolf, she can take a hit and throw one. Her skin is lightly darkened, giving her a slight pale skin-tone for a wolf but who cares?
Clothing;; On a daily basic, Devilyn favorite outfit would have to be her black tank-top under-neith her white hoodie with a black design on the front. Though, if it fits she'll wear it, shes not a complete fashion freak nor a designer whore so if she can make it work she will.
Height;; 5'7''
Style;; Well, Devilyn really doesn't have a preferable style, it's more of a 'if she looks good in it, she'll wear it'. But, the colours she looks best in are probably two different extremes, black and white. Though, hoodies are what she usually wears, even if she doesn't need the extra warmth.
Jewelry;; Devilyn wears a small silver chain around her neck, and it is very fine and delicate so it can easily be broken by a small tug.
Wolf Appearance;; A large Mexican Wolf. Russet colored coat with faded shades of brown, grey and black. Her coat is lengthened from her long hair, and it has a messy shag to it. The colors fade in and out from black to a light tan, and her ears are completely ebony.

--Well being a lycan is one, obviously.
--Gets along with others easily.
--Doesn't get offended by things as much as she probably should.
--Does well in school when trying.
--Keen fighter when its needed.
WEAKNESSES:
--Dev is very self conscious about her wolf counter-part. She thinks it will scare all of her friends away if found out.
--Has a soft side for humans so she will d anything to defend one.
--Temper problems with some people when pushed.
--Will befriend a vampyre with some forced attempts if they are on animal blood.

Personality:--With Others--
Around others, Devilyn has a sense of undetermined personality's. She gets along well with others for the most part, rather adoring others and setting them in higher regards then herself, but its more of a way of accepting everyone for who they are. Guys, and girls, either or gender have no preference in her mind, guys are fun to hang with because they don't care to get down and dirty, and girls-just because you need someone to help with you when you go crying in tears because some jerk decided to use you. Even if Devilyn is usually the one with the open arms. Innocence is a single word that describes Devi to the point of you pretty much know everything about her. Swearing, pst, no never. It's uncalled for and they're are better ways to let out bottled up anger. Scream into a pillow, or just let it slide, but cursing isn't going to make anything any better. Sex--virgin. Devi isn't a sleep around whore, nor is she one to just lay against some pool table for some guys pleasure, if she ever gets around to throwing her innocence down the drain, it's going to be with her imprint, since well, Devilyn is one to think things throughly first, and even though she's had boyfriends before, it wasn't something she got to caught up in. Knowing that any day her imprint could just walk on by and she'd be to head over heels to show consideration to the boy. So, all of her previous relationships weren't overly serious. Drinking/drugs--Devilyn has never been doing drugs, though she has been around them. Friends that taunt aimlessly for companions to join in on the 'fun', Devilyn has her head well screwed on her shoulders though so she is keen on keeping clean. With drinking, only once has she allowed the bitter taste of liquor pass down her throat, and that was because Kenji had tricked her into it. Diluting the alcohol with a little bit of pepsi to give it a soda appearance enough to get Devi to take a mouth full only to gag afterwards. Over all she's clean.
Her way of thinking is rather childish, though that doesn't mean that she'll duck her way out of every tough situation, and hard time. Usually Devilyn faces it with a bit to much sincerity, making sure she gets enough punishment/insure the other is okay. Very rarely does she actually attempt to snake her way out of issues.
Candy, the best thing in the world. Seriously. Devilyn loves it to death, the sweetness, the flavors, its all like heaven. She'd do anything anything for a piece of candy, especially the red cherry/strawberry ones. She can and will live off it, and if her sweets are taken from her, dear god Devilyn will attack violently to get it back. NO ONE messes with her candy.
Her innocence is pretty much the same childhood innocence everyone starts out with, and keen on keeping it that way, Devilyn can seem rather adorable at times, blushing slightly at something that may give her a jolt of random embarrassment. Shes not one to easily hide her emotions.
How is your character related to the story? Devilyn grew up being friends with Frost and Kenji, and now lives in Forks/La Push. She's also a lycanthrope.

The day was still coming alive-the sun burning brightly in contrast to the rather darkened and weary day as the grey clouds even though few-yet still so many darkened odd patches of the sky. Even though snow sprinkled downwards a few days before-hand, only a light sheet of the white powder dared touch the earth and hide it's natural colorations, but white wasn't to bad of a shade either-just, not as original. Other then that though, it was a rather warm day, with the blinding rays of blistering light touching through the heavens to collide with the earth. The odd freezing wind would blow soothingly past the bare-arms of those students around, as the recess bell-chimed before-hand, allowing those restless children to zoom out of the classroom like a stampede to crowd together in the hallways with those alike to them in personality.
Though, the day was rather eerie, droomy, oddly depressing with the murky, damp way the sky was, if one could simply pause a moment to take the beauty of the common area into consideration, one could easily decipher the natural, hidden beauty. How the trees, even though decaying and broken, shone with the white specks of snow, still standing tall to protect the earth against the weight of the clumps of snow. How the grass peeked its cautious head above heaven's purity. How altogether, everything shimmered like crystals, even though icy cold to the touch, a sight to be seen when undisturbed.
But well, as the kids tumbled through the doors, running each-other over to get outside, the nature was easily dismissed and the other humanoids were held in higher priority, that's why peer pressure was so extreme, people worried so badly to be in the 'loop', not to be the social reject, they forgot mainly whom they were, deciding that being liked for whom they were not, was much more important than whom they were. Who needed real friends when you could fake it and get super-ficial assholes anyway?
A girl with night-bleached hair that wisped to the side over her left eye strode forward, not a certain destination intended, well, maybe that bench on the far side of the field, it was covered in snow, but Devi didn't care, she'd just take off her hoodie or something and sling it over the edge. Flicking her head to the side to remove the dark edges of her hair from her view, Devilyn ran a hand lightly through her razor-cut edged hair that jagged out randomly, but cleanly. Her glistening irises an odd colour, a hazel mix between light blue and a dark forest-y green. Around the iris and edge was a dark emerald, as the base of it was sapphire. None-the-less a pretty combination. Her outfit consisted of a pair of nicely fitting dark blue jeans, a smoke-y grey V-neck, and a black baggy-hoodie that made herself seem petite when inside.
When she went to the bench, Devilyn shrugged her shoulders, allowing the hoodie enough ease to fall off and onto the bench, and Dev plopped down on it. She had a smile on her face, it was soft and natural, as a red sucker stick stuck out of her mouth. Red-candies were always her complete favorites, she didn't know why they just made her want to eat more of them, along with blue candies being a close first. The sweet flavor was always calming to her, even though being a werewolve was a secret that was hard to keep. Sometimes, she just wanted to run away, just turn into her black and silver wolf-self and sprint to a forest and run, it's easier that way, fleeing from the hard situations. But yet, this girl did hold herself as one that didn't run in tough events, just face them head-on, if you got hurt...oh well, life wasn't suppost to be sugar-coated.
Especially the stress of with-holding her temper behind her content demeanor was hell most of the time, some people just rubbed her the wrong way, but, Devilyn wasn't one to lash out despite her lycan other-half. This femme would much rather continue on her marry way, avoiding fights if the case called for her to leave, since well, Devilyn would and could kill someone if needed, and she dreaded that about herself, how violent her lycanthrope half made her.
By this point in time, dozens of humanoid, vampires, lycanthropes whatever they were stormed from the school, mixing in with-one another until Devilyn couldn't tell the first one out from the last. Confusion, dreadfully confusing, befuddling, but eh, not like she really cared. Since her group of friends seemed to make a 'B' line towards her once they diverted their attention to her. Smiling brightly, Devilyn waved a hand to them, eyes shining like a puppy whom just got rewarded a treat. "Jeez, you guys are slow," Good-humored and a light chime-like laugh, followed by her cocking her head to the side. "Hm, what are on your minds?" Innocently inquiring, as she watched each-of them kneel down to grasp a nice big handful of snow.
"Dev, come on! Snow-ball fight!" A females voice sounded excited by just the thought of it all, and Devilyn seemed to grin with mock amusement, she never was one for games that were designed for the best of aim, since well, this girl didn't have good aim at all. But, this lycanthrope was game enough to try. A smile still plastered itself upon her face as she stood up and rounded a sphere with the snow, packing it in tightly, so that it was good and hard, not as painful as a ice-chunk but hard enough to sting afterwards.
As the game progressed, Devilyn was well...she didn't hit one target, they moved, she threw, they stood still and watched, her ball went way over their heads, she really wasn't good at this. Though, her spirit stayed high, she'd have to hit someone at some point! Snow sparkled in her hair showing sign of her being hit at some point. Making another hard snowball, Devilyn decided that this would be her last try, swinging her arm forward and letting go, her misty eyes watched keenly as the snowball soared, and soared...and...hit a random person in what seemed close to the face. Blinking, at first, Devilyn stood there, staring at the ebony haired male she had hit, shit!
A frown showed on her face, leave it to her to hit the random by-stander whom was harmlessly going by. Running over, Devilyn moved her way to the male, and looked her over, before shifting her gaze to his, mostly to see if he was angry at her. "I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to, I didn't mean to nail you with the snowball, you were just there, and my aim is way off and bad, I was aiming for someone else, you weren't the target I swear. Dammit, did I hit you in the face?" Devilyn continued on, but it wasn't like she was trying to snake her way out of him being mad, her worry was sincere.
"You can hit me with a snowball if it makes you feel better, or the likes, errmm, not sure what else...you could have my sucker?" Though, most guys didn't care where the candy was, Devilyn was unsure if this boy was keen on noming on a sucker that had been in her mouth, or rather still in her mouth just off to the side so she could talk with-out seeming like she stuttered. Jeez, talk about cutely innocent, Devilyn seemed so concerned about his well-being it seemed as if he got ran over by a car or something.
Though, now realizing her concern for the male was rather extreme, a light tinge of crimson came to her cheeks, and Devilyn looked downwards as if embarrassed. She felt like an idiot.

Muse for Use--- Yay xD Innocent Devilyn equals muse for Frosty lol
Comment for Thought--- Emm nothing?
Catching him laugh, Devilyn narrowed her gaze at him playfully, "I accept your apology, but laugh at me again and i'm gonna take all of your candy," The wolfen girl threatened in good-humor, winking up at the male. No Devilyn wasn't flirting, this female was way to naive for that, it was more around 'testing the waters for how deep or shallow' they were. Seeing if their personailty's would clash or mash well together, and so far, this teenage brute was playing his cards exactly right, he might win this game in the end.
She was serious in a sense, but at the same time, she probably wouldn't actually steal his sweets away. But it was the thought that counted. Though, steering her gaze to Layton, she caught him blushing, "I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable, invading your 'me' bubble, I won't do it again," Along with this, Devilyn rose a hand and with her finger, seemed to write on imagionary paper in the air, "No more personal contact with Layton," A laugh came from her lips and she smiled at this. Catching his smile though, Devilyn couldn't help but brightly smile back at him, "Watch it boy, you could melt all of the snow with that smile of yours, use it with caution."
He inquired about Fruits Baskets, and Devilyn grinned, "Yup, I know Fruits Baskets and the likes, I like manga and anime, and i'm guessing that you yourself adore the--" The wolfen girl was cut off by Layton's sudden tight embrace, not that she didn't mind. Dev actually comtemplated hugging him back, jump up and down in joy happily. But, his next three words through her off-guard and Devilyn seemed to change for a moment. A smile still danced upon her face, but seemed to lose some of it's past energy, as her eyes seemed to sadden only a bit.
Those simple over-used three words were muchly over-rated. Used for all of the little-things a like the bigger moments, thrown around so casually that it had lost their past meaning. Not completely lost, but, it didn't mean as much as it use too. And of course, Devilyn was the mascot of false-lust, or that's how she liked to put it, others didn't like her for whom she really was, they enjoyed her for whom they believed she was. Well, Jaseon had been an exception, but she'd rather not think to much on that subject. Dev had attempted mentioning, showing humans before about her lycan side, they only freaked out, rejected her like the freak of nature she was, so, Dev would live life as a lie to the humans, keep her distance and not get to attached, they died anyway, why make companions with ones that will leave you? Why allow yourself to fall in love with one when perfectly good werewolves ran about, ones that had the wolfen gene of 'mating forever' with them, no loyalty issues. Humans had the tendency to cheat anyways, non-loyal creatures.
You should be ashamed, This made Devilyn blink and want to flinch back away from Layton's hold, she should feel guilty, taking a few past experiences and holding them against an entire race, judging humans as a whole. Completely out of character, and her mind snapped out of itself and she smiled wearily at Layton.
He apologized, but, it was unneeded, "No it's fine, I get like that too sometimes. So, it's fine Kuma-Chan~Aishiteru mo." Smiling, Devilyn spoke japanese mid-way through the sentence, using her other first language. When your mother spoke english, and your father spoke Japanese, you learnt to speak each fluently, and Devilyn could weave in and out of the two languages at ease, but rather spoke so others could understand her rather than stare at her like a crazy person. If Layton didn't understand and asked about it, she'd effortlessly tell him what they meant, if not, than oh well.
After her compliment towards him, Devilyn shook her head side to side as if to decline his statement about her as untrue, Devilyn usually set low standards for herself in the looks department, thinking she wasn't that great looking, "No, i'm not cute at all," Though her words were more modest than anything, this being a different way of Dev showing embarrassment. Her self-confidence was gone, lost long long ago.
Watching him curiously, the wolfen femme gasped allowed when he popped her sucker in his mouth, "You evil little boy, don't be mean to your elders, stealing my sucker," Her eyes narrowed playfully, "...it's mine, and it has my germs on it," If he refused to give it back, that'd be fine, she'd take it back somehow, and well, revenge never tasted so sweet right? So, after snatching that sucker back, it better taste like heaven blessed the thing. Leaning forward slightly, Devilyn let out a playful growl, not to realistic, for, she didn't want to seem to convincing, but more like mimicing a average dogs growl. Before, kicking forward and well, pretty much tackle-glomping him. She'd get the sucker back with brutal force!
Yet, before lunging, Devilyn smiled when he complimented her name, it was rather unique wasn't it? But, so was Layton, she hadn't heard it before either. "Thanks, Layton's quite the handsome name as well, very fitting," The girl complimented.
