Your name: Estella
Character's Name: Estella Delacroix
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Vampire Age NA
Category: Werewolf
Character History:
Estella De Lacroix was born in a French Canadian city after her parents moved away from La Push several years before, not wanting to live in the small community any longer. Estella, named for the beautiful stars in the countryside of Canada that they lived in, grew up speaking French and English so that she could communicate to people of all sorts. A smart girl, Estella excelled in school and loved learning about different people. She was also a budding young writer.
When she turned 16, she shifted for the first time after she got mad at her brother for eating all the ice cream, and at that point, she knew she had the gene. Estella studied up on everything werewolves did. She still lived in Canada, but she could communicate with the rest of the pack in Forks, Washington. She often asked her parents if they knew if one of her grandparents possessed this gene, but they were unsure.
Finally, Estella couldn’t deal with hearing the voices in her head anymore without truly knowing who they were, so she packed her bags and ran away to the United States. There, she bought herself a tiny cabin in La Push with a bit of money she saved up. Soon, she met all of the wolves and is now a loyal pack member.
Character Appearance: Estella is 5’6” and weighs 125 pounds. The werewolf has warm, bronzed skin much like other wolves, and she has large eyes that seem to sparkle when she is happy. Estella De Lacroix has medium length brown hair that she usually leaves down; she is too lazy to do anything fancy with it, but if she has a patrol or some important thing, she puts it back in a simple ponytail because it is easy to deal with that way. Very physically fit, Estella has toned arm and leg muscles that are great for wrestling people. Estella can usually be found in slightly old fashioned clothes, and never anything too showy or something that flaunts her features too much, but she takes pride in her attire. On casual days, she wears plain long sleeve tee shirts and jeans, along with a pair of converse. She has shoes of almost every color, just because she likes wearing whichever color suits her mood best.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
+Physically Fit
+Mentally Fit
+Good Outdoor Skills
+Charming
+Strong
-Troubled
-Lonely
-Shy
- No family/good friends to rely on at the moment =P
Personality:Estella is very bubbly and happy all the time, but once she gets ticked off, it’s hard to control her. Some think she’s bipolar, but she has never been diagnosed with it. She likes to think she is very passionate about everything, and she strives to do good in the world. Estella enjoys hanging out with people of all sorts, or she just likes curling up in bed and reading a book. Everything depends on who’s around and how she’s feeling that day.
How is your character related to the story?: Estella just moved down from French Canadian territory when she learned she was a were.
Sample of your RP-ing skills:
Estella walked down the edge of the highway to La Push carefully, looking to either side of her nervously as she scanned the surrounding forest for any signs of life, either human or not. Looking at her slim watch once, she sprinted off into the forest. “Shit. I’m late.” She hollered to no one at all before stripping from her sun dress and shoes, leaving them in a hollowed out tree, and jumping into the air, phasing in the process. The sharp ripple worked its way up her two feet as she lept, and when she landed, Estella galloped into the forest on her four paws, working her way through the masses of trees and brush.
Skidding to a stop in the routine meeting place, a clearing in front of the pack’s patrol cabin, a sturdy log hut that Sam and a few other pack members had made in their spare time, Estella saw all the other wolves already assembled and winced from embarrassment. Her first week in Forks had passed and she still hadn’t gotten the schedule down, so she was completely embarrassed. “Hey guys. Sorry I’m late. I lost track of time…” She thought to her brothers and sisters, looking around at the large group collected. Estella found the number of wolves in La Push amazing. It was even more than she had imagined. Before she moved, she had assumed there were only five or six, but at least 31 wolves were crowded around her in a circle, almost lining up into the forest. “Sam, we need a bigger meeting place.” She teased lightly, knowing full well that it probably wasn’t her place to be criticizing the patrol cabin.
