Age: 15

Character History:
Pete Hobbes grew up in Forks. He has two siblings, a brother (Nate, 18) and a sister Anabell(14). His home life is very Beaver Cleaver. Everything is as it should be or as you'd see in those 1950's TV shows. He was always a momma's boy until his dad was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Cancer. Since then, he has a new appreciation for his old man and spends a lot more time with him in fear that we won't be around for long.
His mother is full Quileute Indian. This means that he has spent a good half of his life on the reservation. He knows the Rez very well, but would much rather spend his time playing video games in Forks than hitting the trails near the shoreline. He looks up to his older brother more than he tries to let on, following his example in almost everything. He doesn't date much, claiming that his brother and sister date enough for his whole family. He is the co-editor of the school paper and participates in the Olympic soccer league. His sister, Ana, is a gymnast with an eye for the guys of Forks, something he and Nate have to keep their eye on. Nate is the perfect guy, all-American football star, drama king, guy who really has his life put together.
Character Appearance: He is the short one of his family. Blonde like his dad. The very opposite of Nate. He has a cute face opposed to handsome.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
Strengths- Pete can be very friendly. He is often the mediator. He wants to make sure everyone is taken care of and having a good time.

Pete felt his phone buzz twice in his pocket, but he didn't let that distract him. He was really enjoying this afternoon. Everything felt right in the world. His dad wasn't too tired to hang with his boys. Ana and his mom were in the kitchen baking cookies for a fundraiser and had shooed the boys out of the living room. They were back in the cold garage, the thunder echoing off of the door, the rain hitting it sideways. He could hear the lightning crack in the sky. Life was good.
He checked his phone as his dad paused after their third rendition of Margaritaville. He heard his dad address Nate, missing whatever look gave him away. "Hey Nate, Izzy invited me. Can I ride along? I'll be the least annoying little brother ever," he promised, smiling the should-be-award-winning smile that got him most things he wanted. Okay, okay. Text Iz and tell her we'll be there soon. But hurry. Dad just learned "The Kill" and I've been dying to jam to it, test the old man's mad skills.
Pete laughed and texted Iz, picking up his guitar as his dad began the simple introduction. He and Nate took the vocals this time, but their dad did rock the melody. After that was done his dad looked at them. Go on, go on. And you tell those girls they haven't been to see me in some time. I'm personally offended. Nate put his hand on his Dad's shoulder as he left, carrying his guitar to his room. Pete kissed his dad's cheek, running out, guitar left on the step stool where he had been playing.
