Lilliana ran her small tanned hand over the side of the bright red Ducati in front of her. It was a present from her parents for her seventeenth birthday and she'd wrecked it the day before. Lilli could've fixed it herself in a few hours, yet the mechanic at Sid's wasn't as efficient as her, meaning he didn't have special powers to help him. "Just, please be careful.."Lilli told the mechanic as he roughly took apart her baby.
Lilli decided it would just hurt her more to watch so she went outside the garage and sat on the curb. She watched the cars speed down the road and felt envious of the people who were smart enough to have someone drive another car with them here or brought their cell phones. She kicked a rock on the side walk with her converse covered foot. She was in her usual attire, converse, dark washed skinny jeans, a red baby doll top and her black leather jacket. Lilli ran a hand through her unruly dark brown curls and cursed under her breath as she realized she'd have to stay there for awhile unless Sid had a public telephone inside.
