Your name: Rowen
Character's Name: Lilly Grace Parker
Gender: Female
Age: 19
Vampire Age
Category: Human
Character History: Lilly was born and raised in the town of Madison, Wisconsin. Her family had never been a particularly rich family, but they had never been too well off. Until the family business took a crash. In an attempt to right themselves, Lilly's parents sent Lilly and her younger brother (Eric) to live with their grandparents in Seattle, Washington. Lilly didn't like that so much and neither did they. She got out as soon as she could. Leaving with out a dime, out of the house on her 19th birthday.
Earlier on in Lilly's life she had picked up a passion for painting. While her parents never believed in selling their children's art for profit, she had always wanted to give it ago. For her paintings to be hanging proudly on someone's wall would be a gift that she wants to pursue in her life.
Character Appearance: Lilly is on the small side, ranging about 5' 2" and 120 pounds in weight. She has hazel eyes that range from dark brown to dark green simply depending on the day. Her hair is just past her shoulder and is an auburn color, but that has never been something that stays the same. She likes to experiment with style and looks, having gone from preppy to emo to the whole round again. She now settles in to an "I wear what I like and like what I wear" mentality.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
Strengths:
- Outgoing and friendly: Lily has never been a shy girl who likes to blend it. She likes to stand out and speak her mind.
- Scholarly: She has always viewed her education as a gift and is grateful to have it. She is a hard worker and has never missed a day of school.
- Loyal: Making friends with Lily is easy, and once she's made a friend she is loyal to no end. She would do anything for the ones she loves.
Weaknesses:
- Slightly Autistic: While Lily can preform daily mental, physical, and social tasks just as well as anyone else, she has been placed on the Autistic spectrum. From her tantrums as a kid so her outbursts of opinions in inappropriate manners, it is something she can't avoid.
- Money: Lily has never had a job or had to deal with money on her own until moving to Forks. Now that she's trying to make it on her own, she has to find a job.
- Paranoia: Lily can become paranoid quite easily. She can sometimes interpret a look or action a way different then intended and in turn feel threatened by them.
Personality: Lily is an outgoing and friendly person, as long as you can deal with random outbursts or mood changes, she can be quite the lovely friend. She is quiet when she wants to be, loud when she wants to be, and opinionated even when she doesn't want to be. She has always had a positive attitude, even after being sent off on her own.
Lilly likes a lot of things. Mostly she liked to paint. With lack of funds though, Lilly hasn't been able to paint in the last few years. She hopes to pick it up again soon. Lilly loves nature and has always gotten her inspiration from the world around her. She loves being outside and trying new things.
How is your character related to the story? My character is related to the story simply because she now lives in the town of Forks, Washington. Not only would she being working in Forks, but also living around the people in the plot.
Sample of your RP-ing skills:
Lily took a deep breath. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Right? That's how it was, wasn't it? She shook her head and sighed long and deep. She was nervous. She didn't know how to go about this, this whole interview thing. She was terrified that she was just going to mess up this whole thing. Then what was she going to do? If she couldn't get this job, she was screwed.
Since leaving her grandparents house she had resorted to many things to try and scrape by. She had stay in the hotel a few times, but the money she had managed to get was used up quicker then she had anticipated. Now, she had resorted to pick-pocketing, stealing from the tip jar, and even pan handling. That was hard for her, not to mention incredibly degrading and embarrassing. She hated that she had had to do it, but there was really no choice.
With a sigh she pulled on the only decently nice outfit she could scrape together. She could do this, she told herself over and over. She knew she could. In fact, she had to. She forced her legs to move, walking to the place where her interview was. Finally, she believed it. She could do this.
