alexia ava turner lived the life in new york city. she had everything she had ever wanted. she had friends, she lived in a three floored pent house, she went to one of the best ivy prep schools; all for it to go to waste, in her mother's opinion, anyways. you see, because alexia doesn't want to be a doctor, or a lawyer, or even a college professor, she just wants to draw, and paint, and photograph things. but her mother said, 'no. you are not going to RISD, i am not paying for that.' and how was alexia supposed to get financial aid, and she was already too late to apply for the merit scholarship. so her mother sent her off to forks, washington, to live with her grandmother. 'one year,' she said. she let her daughter take a gap year so she could get her life sorted out. but since when was lexi's life /not/ sorted out?

alexia is totally friendly, but very self-concious but she also has a free-spirit. she acts like a child in that way, but in other ways more mature than her own mother. she's a girl. she's got her friends, but who doesn't need more?

alexia never really was interested in being in love or anything. she liked the idea of it, but love had never even caught her. she had never looked somebody in the eyes and told them that she had loved them, probably because it had never been true. sure, she's dated around. she was a tall, pretty teenage girl from new york. but i don't think im necssarily looking for finals right now? if it comes around and that's what you want to do i'm totally cool, but i am looking for a boyfriend or whatever.

alexia isn't always nice. she just... doesn't really get the circumstances of other people, and sometimes she just... sets people off, into rage, that's all. and if she just doesn't like you, well, don't be alarmed. she's probably heard something about you, anyways.
